PAYMENT TERMS Payment for products is in cleared funds only. To pay for your goods online you will need a credit or debit card. We accept most credit/debit cards. We do not accept Electron as this is a "Buyer present" swipe only card.All checks will have to cleared and the funds reflect in our account before goods are released. Please note ISP Technologies SA carry out security checks to help eliminate credit card fraud. For more information please refer to our Security & Privacy section. Once your payment has been accepted online and the goods have been dispatched a VAT invoice will be posted separately to the invoice address. If for any reason your payment is not authorised we are unable to tell you why this is. This is a matter between you and your card issuer. You should contact them for further information on your card account. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you will need to call us on - 27-11-339-3125 and ask for the security check team. We will also ask you to either email or fax confirmation of your request before we cancel an order. Please note that deliveries outside the Johannesburg Mainland will incur additional delivery charges. If you are in doubt then please contact the ISP Technologies SA offices before ordering. DELIVERY As we predominantly sell in bulk, most of our products are shipped to their destination by pallet. If however, you buy a single or small quantity of items from us, these will be shipped in boxes via courier. If you are buying items that require palletised shipment, our shipping calculator will inform you of how much space is remaining on a pallet- to ensure you can maximise your purchase against the delivery charge. New customers will be asked to complete some basic security procedures to help protect against Internet credit / debit card fraud, when they have placed their order. As a new customer your order will be despatched after the security check and should be with you within 7 working days from that date. With your cooperation security checks are normally completed within 2 working days. Existing customers, known to ISP Technologies SA, should receive their goods within 7 working days of placing their order. You will receive an email to advise you that your goods have been despatched, with details of the carrier selected. Where the carrier has a website that allows delivery tracking, you will be given the carriers tracking reference for your order. In these cases on the following working day you can go to the carrier’s website and check the progress of your delivery from that point onwards. The carrier will advise you of the anticipated delivery date. Unfortunately our carriers cannot deliver goods at a specified time, but if you do have specific requirements then call us on 27-11-339-3125 and we will do our best to help. ISP Technologies SA cannot be held responsible if any email notification fails to be delivered, it will be assumed that the email address you have given is incorrect. Upon delivery the carriers will require a signature. If no one is present to take receipt of the order, the goods will be returned to the depot and the carrier will either leave a card or attempt to deliver the goods the following working day (exceptions apply to Saturday/Sunday, Christmas and Bank holidays). If required, we can change the delivery address on your order, provided your goods have not been despatched and that you have completed all the necessary security checks, just call us on 27-11-339-3125 and speak with the Security Check team. If we are able to change the address we will ask you to confirm the new address in writing by either email or fax. Please note that we cannot arrange for items to be collected from our premises. You make such arrangement with us. If your delivery fails to arrive after 7 working days from placing your order (allow 9 days if you are a new customer and this is your first order) then please contact our After-Sales Customer Service team on 27-11-339-3125At the point of delivery, if any goods appear to have been damaged during transit, please make reference to the damage on the driver's copy of the delivery paperwork. Please then immediately contact ISP Technologies SA After-Sales customer service team and notify us of the damage that occurred in transit. Saturday delivery You can arrange a Saturday delivery, provided that your order is placed before 11.30pm of the preceding Wednesday. Please note that in order to eliminate credit card / debit fraud it is necessary for ISP Technologies SA to carry out security checks for all new customers. We ask that any queries we make are dealt with quickly by you, or we may not be able to guarantee a Saturday delivery. Saturday deliveries also carry an additional charge. The charge varies depending on the contents of your basket and the products within your order. You may change your delivery arrangements at any time, up until you confirm the purchase of the contents of your basket at the checkout. After you have confirmed the purchase, you cannot change the delivery arrangements. GUARANTEE/WARRANTY Our Customer Service Team are always on hand to assist you.If you have a query relating to the delivery of your goods then please do not hesitate to contact us either by email sales@isptech.co.za or call us on 27-11-339-3125. When calling or emailing us you will be asked to quote your sales reference information, this will allow us to track your order. We hope that you do not have the need to contact us within your quoted warranty period, but in the unlikely event that you experience problems with your purchase then our friendly After Sales Customer Services Team are on hand to help rectify this. You must notify us immediately if you are experiencing problems with any of your goods. To do this you first need to complete this RMA Request Form: If the product you purchased is branded by Dell and was sold with a manufacturers warranty you can find out the remaining warranty by visiting the Dell website.www.dell.com You will require the Dell Tag number. Please note that the warranty period started on the date these goods were shipped to ISP Technologies SA. ISP Technologies SA do not offer a technical helpline, but we will always endeavour to help where we can.
